Seraph Brass, now in its 13th season, joins the San Francisco Brass Band for a striking collaboration that combines the excitement and precision of the nation's finest brass chamber musicians with the grandeur of traditional British-Style Brass Band sound. This concert will feature the world premiere of Anthony DiLorenzo's "Chimera" arranged for brass quintet and brass band, the west coast premiere of Ryan Lindveit's "Brilliant Brushstrokes," as well as works by Eric Whitacre, Joni Mitchell, and more.

Winners of the American Prize in Chamber Music, the Seraph Brass has been praised for its “beautiful sounds" (American Record Guide), "fine playing” (Gramophone), and “staggeringly high caliber of performance” (Textura).

Join the two ensembles for a shared celebration of artistic expression and musical prowess in what is guaranteed to be a one-of-a-kind performance!
